Eldoraigne Exchange 10Mbps

Hey guys,

I know this has been asked before, but the other threads are long gone, but is anybody running on 10Mbps using the Eldoraigne exchange?
I'm on 012 653 if that would make any difference.

I checked on broadbandstats and the telkom app, both is showing not enabled.
Any info would be appreciated

Hi. I dont know how up to date broadbandstats is. I'm on 012 654 (ELDORAIGNE (TEDO03) Exchange) and its saying 4mbps. But I know I was able to do over 700kbps downloads late last year. Unfortunately, our exchange was useless between des and march this year and during that time I let telkom set my line down to 4mbps to see if it will help (it didnt). I havnt tried to set the speed up from that since then, I dont want to change anything just in case something stops working again... I assume your best bet would be to call telkom and ask if they can up your line speed?

I sync at 4meg the exchange between 6-9pm has high latency sometimes 600ms locally either conjested or they upgrading the exchange during the day no problems.
