Elections Result Site Not Usable in Firefox

Same in IE...worked last night but giving me a problem now...
 
I am having the same problem, firefox or IE. You would hve thought that they have had enough time to design a bug free system by now?
 
Ok, so I know my ward...but this is what I get:
