Even worse than the nets are the drum lines they use in many places around the world. They kill hundreds of sharks a year just to try and keep them away from beaches. Hopefully this can replace those systems.

How much power would it draw? I guess that generating the frequency doesn't require much, but to get it to run in the ocean may take a substantial amount of power.
