Electronic Communications (EC) Amendment Bill withdrawn

Whenever you get it right (DOC) let me know as you guys are doing more harm than good to the industry, it's probably going to take another year of consultations before we see any changes in the industry. The Doc is in a constant loop of not getting anywhere. Seriously give it up and let the market regulate itself. pf!!! , Oh and this is probably another threat of some form of litigation from the incumbents should the amendment be adopted in its current form.

Hey, "Staff Writer",

How about some actual information on the proposed amendment?

I have to agree, please don't assume everybody knows everything. At least state what this bill entailed so we know what it's actually about.

If there is chance for public comment, we need to ensure this is thoroughly debated as the consequences of the proposals are dramatic

Does the content actually matter if they've withrawn the amendment?

The fact that the piece is filed under staff writer means that it is perfectly acceptable to be a blurb announcement piece. There is a story behind the the withdrawal which is unlikely to be written without some serious investigative journalism looking into why the Bill was brought, who has opposed it etc ...
