Hows things going now guys. all my sites are reponsive again & up.

@Elitehost when are you sending the brief as to what and why it happend and what are you guys going to do for it not to happen again.

We truly appreciate the support we received. Our report makes mention of a new network that we have been building to allow us to have more control and mitigate attacks faster. We are doing all we can to improve our response in situations like these in the future and hope to prevent such prolonged effects of attacks.

You need to actually write to them about it - I believe a calculation needs to be done first.

Regarding the report, best you open a ticket to ask for the email if you did not receive it.

My websites is really stable and fast now. And your support is always there to guide and help. so i dont want to move away.

its just crap if it goes down for almost a day.

Can you not just publish the report on your website?

The report contains sensitive information regarding the attack, for this reason, we have been advised not to release the report publically. It was emailed to all affected clients directly, if you have not received it please PM me.
 
I guess everyone has been happy the last couple of months? Everything has been smooth my side, great job Elitehost :)
 
We've been using Elitehost for a year now, and had a very rocky start - admin-wise not technical.

Haven't experienced any real problems with their servers and uptime during the year. To me, that should be par for the course for any decent hosting co and no basis for a recommendation.

What has impressed me, and is a reason to highly recommend them, is their outstanding support since our rocky start. There will always, inevitably, be technical issues that arise somewhere along the line, but if the management is so committed to great service I have confidence those issues will be addressed in the most efficient way.

why, this thread is about when they are down, which is more often than my wife but that's a different topic - just start a general discussion thread if you want one.

It hurts their brand image. There's a lot of other discussion here, and this thread keeps being bumped every time an issue arises. It also shows up on Google search results which hurts Elitehost. Even though they've had problems in the past, they deserve to succeed.
