What response time would you think is reasonable for support response considering the only way to contact them is via their support ticket system?
So far 2 hours since logging a fairly urgent request to a problem and no response, this is a tad long and frustrating, you would think as the ticket system is the only way of contacting them they would be a bit faster to respond.
