What response time would you think is reasonable for support response considering the only way to contact them is via their support ticket system?

So far 2 hours since logging a fairly urgent request to a problem and no response, this is a tad long and frustrating, you would think as the ticket system is the only way of contacting them they would be a bit faster to respond.:(
 
Depends on your SLA. If no SLA, 24 hours for most low cost hosts. You get what you pay for.

Did you get a response from them yet?

There support is normally quick for me.
 
I usually receive support within an hour unless they're busy dealing with an influx of tickets re: some ddos attack or something similar. In fact most of the time they're faster to reply than I give them credit for (5-15 minute range)

What priority did you put your request as? Is your server down?
