Log ticket with Liquid Telecoms?

This is a long shot but does anyone know how a support request can be made to Liquid Telecom.

I am having a very specific issue where my Absolute Hosting VPS is unreachable via my current ISP (Comtel) and the traceroute dies at liquid telecom.

Comtel has basically said nothing they can do. The response I received from them was "We can't change the routing".

I don't think this is a AH issue as I have tested on Vodacom and Webafrica and my traceroute does not go through Liquid Telecoms network but I could be wrong in that assumption.

So with some digging and assistance from the AH team, the problem was found to be AH's DDoS protection system flagging my IP due to Malformed HTTP Header.

They have reset the restriction and now have access. Had to do a few upgrades my side to ensure it does not get flagged again.
