Email Aggregation

I am currently using Windows XP with Outllook for mails on my work laptop. My company has blocked adding additional mail accounts on Outlook.

Is there any software or program which is like a mail aggregator that can be installed and saved on my desktop. I have a couple other mail accounts and do not want to open each webpage everyday. Need something exactly like outlook that will download my mails in into 1 mailbox with different folders?

Any help?

You could also install cygwin with fetchmail, then set up fetchmail to retrieve all your mail. Mail will be stored locally in mbox format.

Just keep an eye out for any fair use policies your company may have, as well as how they treat the ownership of personal employee data on company-owned machines. So long as you only use a browser to access your mail, you're still okay for privacy issues. If you keep your mail stored physically on your laptop, that could open up a nasty can of worms for you later. In that case, I'd recommend using IMAP settings wherever possible.
