I can't access my mail in MS Outlook when it is connected to my Rain Router. When I connect my pc to any other WiFi router it always works.
I have reported this on 10 May 2024 and I was told that a technician would assist in 48 hours. It's been 7 days now. The service is pathetic.
All my setttings are correct. The problem lies with RAIN internet. Like I said I can send and receive mails when I'm connected to any other network, just not RAIN.
I am posting this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have received from RAIN Internet. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issues, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my complaints.
