Email in MS Excel 2007

I have searched few a few days no still with no luck perhaps one of you guys may be able to assist me. I recently changed from Excel 2003 to excel 2007 and I am not at all sure if it has the same features.

In Excel 2003 I was able to email a single worksheet as email body. I need this feature and not sure if it can be done on Excel 2007

Please help

Look top left is a round button. click once. It drops down. Lower down on the list there is a send button.

PS: hold mouse over send for a second or less will display the options it offers you.

Alrenatively if that does not work for you: Under save as there is an option to save a sheet as a pdf (requires a small download the first use). Save as a pdf & then email that out,
