you can't work somewhere knowing they are doing something wrong and take their money knowing full well that what they are doing is unethical. that is just wrong. you need to make a choice and stick by it. either you going to spill the beans and leave purely on the grounds that you have morals and standards and report them to the powers that be or you are going to continue to stay on and accept the salary knowing full well what they are doing.
