I simply dread the 5-year visit to get my licence renewed ...
Last month I had to visit Waltloo in PTA again to transfer my cars papers into my name. Spent from 10:30 to 15:20 doing what should have been a simple process of just fixing up an entry in the "system"

Have you tried as a citizen to use the eNATIS website? Another disaster.

It cannot get any worse than it already is.
