Encrypted chat backups coming to WhatsApp

WhatsApp is working on a new security feature for the Android version of its app which will allow users to protect their message backups.

According to a report by WABetaInfo, this feature is currently in alpha and is not yet available to users.

just give me a dark theme ****er. keep your other kak developments. they can still read it. put on 50 extra security layers, they will still read it if they want to....

missing feature:

• dark theme (should have been here years ago)
• ability to back up on iOS and restore to android and vice versa
• use whatsapp web without phone connection and multiple accesses for one account if you use different devices

telegram can do so much better, why not whatsapp
