End of Month Blues?

Hi Is anyone else having end of month problems with ADSL eg very slow international, have to constantly refresh page etc? Location Cape Town Southern Suburbs

Given the lenght of time ADSL has been available in RSA now (as crippled as it may be) you'd have thought that these month end problems would have been resolved.

I fully agree TonyA! My international SAIX shaped connection also tends to slow down at the end of every month. Very frustrating.

I live in Plett, and its slow for even local pages, constantly have to refresh pages here.

Everybody downloading ? A joke surely its so slow that will take a month and then you're back to square one

so far since I've been signed up (only for a few months) this has happened every month. you would think they would have fixed it up by now...but alas not!

Just tried to update AVG and connection timed out after 2 attempts. So it seems international still problematic. Any one else having similar problem?

In Centurion same thing. Slow international and need to refresh.

Maybe Neotel would be able to handle peaks.

Yep, here in bloem same problem. Pages timing out, requiring constant refresh etc.

Why? Surely, in this day and age, its extremely easy to check on clients usage and bill accordingly, you don't have to take the whole system down to do this!
