A big chunk of the silicon valley crowd swears by Mate - apparently it yields a more mellow & lasting boost than coffee. Haven't tried it myself mostly because I haven't found any.

Rather just get Yerba Mate locally imo.

Coffee tastes like glorified guck, no reason for me to like it either.

I also take naps during lunch in my car like one of the other posters. Screw what others think - I need it way more than not having to care about opinions.

I haven’t tried Biostrath, Vita ginseng for men, epic fail...made me nauseous all day...Centrum for men is not available in South Africa...if anybody spots Centrum for Men...please let me know

I used to use Centrum. Believe it or not but I developed a side effect from one of the ingredients. Been on Biostrath for about 8 years now. No issues.
