I am sure most end users out there ( Especially the middle class income bracket ) peeps and families would KILL for a streaming service that does not break the bank and that is affordable ( Taking into consideration ) forking out cash for their Fiber connection and to have a decent speed in order to stream in HD.

Now we know that the market for streaming services is getting fair competition in the market, and there are a variety of choices......
Which brings me to my post!

How about a service provider that has servers that can handle a family of say 6 people in a home, streaming in HD quality on their respective devices to enjoy entertainment like never before? What I am talking about is a streaming service that will have most, if not, all the big players like Netflix, Hulu , Disney , Apple Tv etc etc all in one basket at a nominal and affordable monthly fee?

Sometimes its not the amount of high end users that benefit because they can afford it and leave the rest with inferior and poor services because of affordability? Sometime its the numbers that count at a lower rate, rather the other way round, low numbers and higher rates?

Yes for quality streaming for all at affordable prices.

I understand what you want. But if price is a problem, just switch every 3 months or so. That way you can still be up to date and save money.

So what’s your definition of affordable then.
Min have Amazon, Hulu, Netflix and AppleTV+ all for under R500, which is like half the price and probably 10x the content you’d get from monochoice so that feels affordable to me

Sure, there is an internet cost, but one can hardly factor that into the costing model as nobody will ever get internet for the sole and exclusive use of streaming, sure it’s technically a prerequisite, but at most one can slot in 10%, MAYBE 20% of that cost as part of the streaming expense.

It’s called licensing, this will never happen.

But they already all offer streaming to multiple devices for a family and they are all quite affordable.

You don’t need to have them all at once, that’s your choice. Switch between them as you see fit.

You also don’t need more than a 20MB line to achieve this.

Anybody else watch more YouTube than the likes Netflix, Showmax etc?

I will probably cancel my Netflix Subs, and do YT Premium.
