Have not received any phone calls,references or even a sms however the network seems to be up and running again, for how long is a very good question.
It is a bit lethargic, on the download it is 1mb/s short of the average as to what i normally get and the ping is a bit erratic.
What ever the problem was Cell C whether you implemented something to rectify the problem or it just came right by it self you are the right track, however a bit of fine tuning is required.
Once the fine tuning is done,the biggest issue I have with Cell C which seems to be idle at the moment is the restricted APN but i will post on the relevant thread about that.
