Shopping around for some Enterprise fibre for a WISP base station...

Yes. We have licences.

Anyone have some insight on how much bandwidth will work to initially start serving around 20 clients on 10/5 packages?

We haven’t used carrier grade internet before. Quotes welcome too (PM your details).

That doesn't exactly narrow it down. Cape Town is a massive area with many gaps in fibre coverage. You need to be more specific with the exact area.
