Performance wise they trade blows with the GTX 1060 3GB, price wise the RX 570 4GB is about R700 more than the 3GB 1060 for the cheapest cards from both camps.

Like Ponder said, it trades blows with the 1060 3GB. I would go for the AMD card though due to the FineWine Technology. I myself would have gotten a RX 480 instead but those cards are nowhere to be found.
