Epson CX3900

So I bought a Epson printer from one of those "discount tents" at Makro, with the ink cartridges still sealed and all, it was just missing the installation cd.

Now after doing a Nozzle check, cleaning ect, it is not printing color.

I've taken it out and all 3 color cartridges have ink in and it didn't run dry? Any reason this is happening?

Did you remove all the protective labels/stickers from the printer? Nothing covering the parts on the inside?

Yip, all the needed covering and labels on the cartridges is remove.

Hmmm now you know why it was in the sale tent...

Not cool at all, only got R100 off! Will a place like Matrix have a solution?

Take it back and ask for an exchange or refund.

The colour print head might be faulty? Don't know if you can get a replacement head.
