My problem is that they mostly seem to aim it at the wrong targets ....... in this case, they should have gone to the ward councillor/mayor's house or office and make clear their feelings.

This service delivery protest is probably just the beginning. Many municipalities are all but completely useless. Only so many promises will be tolerated before the lid blows. Had the ANC started investing in the areas which really need upliftment - and not invest in themselves - things might well have been substantially different by now. Too late, I think, to play catch up. But not too late to make a start.
