error 619

I bought an 8ta prepaid promo sim on saturday in store,rica'd it,loaded airtime,got home converted airtime to 2gig+1gig bundle all successful,try to dial out through the dashboard software,error 619 everytime since yesterday,tried my cellc k1752 and mtn e220,same results,I have 5 bars of signal aswell,anyone else experiencing this or have info how to sort out,thanks

*99# and apn internet,those settings are all set in the 8ta dashboard I think
