Hi Forum ppl!
I'm posting this on behalf of a buddy of mine...
He's using a Novatel 3G card and he has enjoyed a stable connection experience up to this weekend when the GPRS service on his SIM was cancelled. After taking it up with the VodaShop and Vodacom helpdesk the GPRS was again activated and now an interesting problem...
When he tries to create a profile, from the Dash, or any dial up account for that matter he gets an Error 624: Cannot write to phonebook. For some reason the rasphone file does not want him to change any parameters. He's running WinXP SP1 and has admin rights on his notebook.
Any ideas out there?
Thanks for reading this!
