Error loading pre paid electricity

Please help trying to load my electricity units keep saying failed what could be the problem?

When I load the units it shows Connect then after days Failed

Having same problem.. logged a call with city of joburg

Unplug everything in the house. Move it to a plug point closest to your db, and put in fresh batteries. My one also gives connection error problems

Technician came by just now, seems lack of earth wire is the issue, all he did was neutralize the unit using the main feed from the street, then it works

My KY124 smartmeter shows an error on the screen. I changed the position and plugged near the DB board which is nearer to the Tshwane Supply on the street. I tried to unplug & plug it again however no difference. Can any one advise.
