error message on dstv mobile on vodafone live

l recently purchased a week's subscription of dstv on vodafone live on my Nokia C3-00 Vodafone and l have not watched a single programmme since and its been 2 days now. Everytime l choose a programme to watch the l get a page saying please wait.... your selection will begin playing shortly. Soon after my pnone says invalid web address. Can someone please help before my subscription runs out.

Kindly provide me with you cell phone number that you are accessing the portal with.
 
Please notify me you have rectified the problem or if they is anything that l must do from this end.
 
l suspect that they is something wrong with my settings either the access point settings which read;

Configuration settings: Vodacom
Data bearer: Packet Data
Packet data access point: internet

Or the media player settings because the when l get to where it says Please wait... Your selection will begin playing shortly. Please do not click back until you are finished viewing. When connection is attempted to the media player it says invalid web address. What should be the media player settings because l suspect that is where the problem is in connecting with the player.

The configuration setting above looks about right.I did respond to your pm.
