this one ladies computer at work gave hassles so the IT guy took it but the dude isnt the brightest spark in the book he will always just format never looking at the issue so somehow he messed up the users permissions after the install i dunno how its possible but he got it right. He cant even get the display drivers so now im stuck with his job i got the right drivers now but if i try to install i get a error can anyone please help i checked the reg editor all the permissions are ok any ideas ?

Maybe first try remove the driver software, remove the driver/device.
Reboot and load the latest drivers.

Tried that everytime i try to load the new driver i get access denied

Log in as admin, delete user account and recreate it. Else do what he does and format the the thing :D

i think thats gonna br the only way or im missing something in the registery

Yeah i also hate the smart a$$ that will bombard you with all his vast knowledge making you feel the size of a pea.
Then when its his time to shine he does a duh thing like just format without even an attempt to fix the issues.

But i suppose thats what i get for being unqualified, and for suggesting you use system restore.
