Error on WASP E152

CELL C: After dialing *147# to load data bundles, it gives an error of Error on WASP: E152. How do I resolve this issue?
 
Hi, this is from another thread:
"I frequently have it, have to reboot the phone for it to work again, same with *101#."

Seems if you reboot your phone (or try to enable flightmode and disabe first) it works for some users.
What phone?

Hi. Sorry for hijacking your thread.
My father is trying to buy bundles with the same *147#
As soon as he choose Bundles he gets a message to contact CellC to activate bundles.

Can you help please?
