ESET Help please

Been nosing round camera info & the http://www.dpreview.com site is a nightmare re time taken for it to open up & display pages.
This is over a couple of weeks & differant times of the day/night, i finally tried dropping my firewall down to see if that makes any differance & presto it now works like normal.
I don't have this problem with other sites i go to.
Anyone know how i can add this site into Eset as "trusted" or something to stop it doing whatever its doing?

i've got eset smart security 3 isntalled and don't have a problem going to that site. my firewall is set to 'interactive mode', and i use firefox as a browser. firefox is set as a trusted program'.

with your firewall enabled, do you get any errors/warnings in eset? (you have to be in advanced mode to see the tools option; then you can see the logs).

I use ESET NOD32 anti-virus and a separate firewall application, cos ESET's firewall also gave me some problems.

Ok - settings are the same as you there HillBilly......Maybe found the problem in saying that tho.
In Zone & Rule setup ,Whilst i did have Firefox set as trusted i did find it had "Internet in" was on "ask" rather than "allow" tho.
Have changed that & it seems to be now loading like it should,funny how i wasn't getting problems from other sites tho,maybe my surfing just got a whole lot faster.Thanks!

Hear what your saying Mercurial,apart from this issue its been ok for me.
Sometimes after an auto update happens it can get a bit laggy for a while but then it comes right.
