Eskom employees arrested over transformer theft

Two Eskom employees have been arrested in Karen Park, Pretoria, for allegedly stealing six transformers with an estimated value of R650,000, police said on Friday

There's no proof they stole it. It was only found in their possession.

The weight of a transformer is made up by a high percentage of copper. It essentially comes down to copper theft.
