Eskom executives face prison: report

slight point of pedantry:
civil committal to gaol shouldn't be referred to as "facing prison" as the term imprisonment suggests a criminal conviction and correctional services taking custody of the convicted person for incarceration as part of a custodial sentence

In this instance a litigant is seeking the court to use its inherent powers to commit somebody to gaol and send them into a jail for defying the court, the proceedure has been ramped up to align with the constitution and the burden of proof has been extended but the proceedings remain manifestly different.
