So last month we started selling electricity to zambia and this month we have load shedding???

LOL, a month is outside the scope of Eskom's long-term strategy!?

Most of the power Eskom sold to Zambia would have been from Cahora Bassa. Not sure if any conditions were applied, like with the Zimbabwe deal.
