This is Affirmative Action on display to the world. This is when you place a lesser educated, qualified and experienced individual in a high demand position, simply based on the colour of the skin to ensure laws are being adhered to. More money will not solve the employees problems. It is being in a position where they cannot perform that causes all their problems.

It is the same as giving a 10 year old this question and asking him or her to solve it and motivating him or her by offering R100k increase every day. The frustration will grow, negativity will grow but the job will never be done.

The answer is BLACK, obviously!

Kick out the white experienced people and replace them with inexperienced black people.

Who could have predicted the downfall.........

The wise thing to do would have been to get the black people as understudies to the long inplace whites. Teach them what they know. But no, it was colour and money over the good of the country.

The rest is history.

Now where's my lollipop.

When you spending money on over inflated supply chain to those that add no value or expertise.

I am not surprised employees feel this way, they should be incentivized when performance improves.
