Eskom load shedding racist

blah blah blah racism blah blah blah reverse racism. Lets all shut up and do this scientifically...

Lets first get the times which are most inconvenient. I propose:
1. Weekdays: 6am - 9am, 4pm - 7pm (8pm?)
2. Weekends: 6am - 11am, 6pm - 9pm.

If these times are rated as especially inconvenient by most, we can go to the next step and look at this map right here.

Typical Ehrenreich, never thinks anything through. If anything ESKOM / Cape Town Municipality are guilty of being "Capitalists".

... where's the point in load shedding users that pay when you can make greater savings by cutting off the free-loaders?

Or it could be that an ANC big wig also lives in your area and he avoids load shedding by using his influence and you are just lucky to be in the same area.

There could be lots of reasons.
