Eskom not being honest: DA

Honest seems like a poor choice of words...

Call them unpredictable, disorganized, say they're overpromising, under-delivering...whatever you want...but not dishonest? Accusing a legal entity of dishonesty is a bit of a stretch anyway since its actions are determined by multiple people...
 
They just following their leaders ethics.
And they have no idea themselves
