There is no word maintenance. I just look at the pics and it's literally how can you live like this? I mean I say Bethesda are bad world designers cause they have NPCs living in buildings with rubbish and skeletons still in it. Then I look at our people and go maybe they visited here.

How do you use electricity responsibly during peak times if they turn it off? Next they will want you to register your solar system.

It's says parts of Tshwane so if true, wait till they publish the list of the areas.
