Still want to know why certain areas have no loadshedding on stage 1 and 2 and others get hit every day on every level.

Coz you cannot switch off the electricity for those getting for free. If you did they would add more illegal connections, and when the electricity comes back on you might fry a few more ANC voters. And Cyril doesn't want this, so rather load shed the whiteys and coloureds and injuns etc

That's the thing, it's not one of those areas. It's an area that has all proper legal connections and they're paying, only gets shut down from stage 3 and up and even then it's half what other areas are getting.
