Eskom stage 2 load shedding implemented

Eskom will implement stage two rolling blackouts on Thursday, the power utility said

It sucks balls when you get home, after slaving away at work, and there is no electricity. Can't sit back and watch some TV, Can't surf the net. Can't play games. Have to eat peanut butter saamies. Take a cold bath or shower.
