Has anybody noticed how power "issues" develop as the tariff applications draw closer...saw a headline today that power supply may come under pressure soon....Yeah right...

Eskom has now realized how easy it is to squeeze more money out of the public & behaving like a company that has profit margin targets.

It's disgusting and utterly shamefull. And I wouldn't be surprised if the anc has something to do with it.

The energy regulator is holding public hearings on Eskom’s proposed revenue application multi-year price determination 2013/14, otherwise known as MYPD3.

hmm. Yea.. like the e-tolls public hearings ? They (goverment/ekdsom) already decided on the increase amount. This is just a false hearing.
