You are stuck between a government and municipalities who don't want to give you money to increase your generation and a public who's tired of paying more. In the meanwhile, you have to figure out out to be able to finance massive capex...

Just hope that its someone with a company direction - and preferably isn't corrupt :/

Feel kinda sorry for the oke that gets this job though...inherits poorly maintained Apartheid era infrastructure, a poor financials position and insufficient capacity to keep the lights on. Oh and lots of gov interference and every South African hates you. Thats kinda rough for something you didn't screw up. :o
