There was no LS. People just didn’t have access to any electricity. That’s not LS. That’s just no power.

He was also “tsk” to solve this issue back in 2015 or there abouts. And said it would be “a thing of the past” within 18 months.

It’s been almost a decade since he said that and power cuts are worse than ever. So what is “soon” to him?

He also asked people to cut the government some slack because of this.

What people are caught in the “feels” about that you clearly can’t comprehend is that for the last 3 decades (that’s the amount of time a child being born to becoming a fully fledge adult and parent takes) they have not been able to improve the situation for their people.

That in the last near on 2 decades power available to people has regressed.

So yes, people will have the “feels” about such things.
