Eskom's miracle

Eskom has completely turned its performance around. In recent weeks, the utility has generated too much power, which has forced it to place some units in cold reserve.

This is a stark difference from the same time last year when South Africa was subjected to daily power cuts, with extensive periods of stage 6 load-shedding.

From one extreme to the other.

Are the SABOTEURS on holiday.

Six stages of load shedding has been installed on CUSTOMER rooftops.

At work we have gone 99% off GRID.

One more Nail in the ESKOM COFFIN.

It was all due to sabotage- just can't figure out if it was ADR or Oberholtzers fault  . Or if they just couldn't stamp it and now they can .. bizarre.

There was only ever one saboteur, he is in the US now lecturing at Yale. Thank God he left SA.

This is either very good news or we have a HUGE surprise in the waiting!

The electricity tariffs should now either stay stable for at least the next 5 years since it increased over 400% for the past more than 15 years or there is actually something which they are not telling us and swept under the carpet now that other parties are in government and can now see what is happening.

Why didn't Brian Molefe or Koko have this huge success? Why only now after De Ruyter has left?

Well they are getting 13.29% again next year, and if they keep getting increases in that range

Price doubles again over the next five years

easy to have excess electricity when everyone that can afford to get off the grid have done so by now
I don't think we are quite there yet , i think there are still tons of people that may be able to afford it that's still sceptical

So the question is do we praise them for shutting it all down again and jacking prices another 400% to reach net-zero carbon emissions?

Think I'd rather have reliable but expensive power and can then still go after cheaper alternatives, rather than unreliable power. But yes the inflation may be a bit unwelcome..

Its actually funny. I point it to the ANC for diverting the countries real issues towards eskom

Look now, the ANC is shivering, as they know… “its now do or die”, and “work together”

Now all out of the blue…. Its ok.

And we generate more power than before.

Where did all these super managers solving the problems come from?
