Esquire online store

So i've been trying to find a couple of items to purchase on the esquire online store but it's an absolute nightmare to navigate & good luck trying to find products with simple name or model input. I specifically want to use the online store to avoid driving 30+ km & still receive substandard service.

Seriously it's embarrassing that a leading IT distributor has an online store fraught with errors, surely they should have a team of developers dedicated to perfecting their online store. Has anyone else had these issues with their online store?

I agree that using the menu can be confusing but the "Search Product" using Description (smartphone, seagate 2TB etc) usually gets me to what I need.

It used to be Items listed from lowest to Highest price.Lately its been a bit all over the show.

I use downloaded price list to pickup the stock ID and paste on the page, this is quick. Web search works too, but it brings to many items at times and my computer is slow.
