No - we have murder and culpable homicide. One is deliberate, and the other is accidental or justifiable.

you also get some bosses that are unrealistically unfair and that can't do a job without degrading someone. i experience it, and i've seen others do it.

I just read a news clip on the east rand that a security guard is in court for shooting and killing a copper cable thief that attacked him with a knife. He was arrested on the scene, when they called the police, slept in jail and was released on bail the following day. Now appeared in court and case pending. Now what kind of justice is that?

Fact is, their story keeps changing.
It was a wage dispute, no wait, it was a sex scandal, no wait, it was on the spot self defense, no wait, it was years of abuse.

people ARE NOT hard wired like you. just because you would enjoy to sit down and chat on the internet does not mean Phil or Sipho would enjoy that too. just like you would get angry at certain things they may get angry at other things. i'm assuming you haven't killed someone because 1. you've been raised that way and 2. you wouldn't want to face the consequences.

i'll also assume you have a professional job where you don't have to do hard manual labour and that you earn more than R1000 a month and that your parents had time for you, and then you want a 15 year old criminal to see eye-to-eye with you. i'm not excusing him, i'm saying it's easier for other people

I've been slapped across the head multiple times and had a wrench thrown at me whilst I was an appy in the trade. You just gotta suck it up and quit crying to your mum because its a job and most of the times I asked for it. People are looking for a reason why they killed him. There is no reason. These two little gits were cry babies who didn't get their own way and they threw a temper tantrum. The amount of times I fumed to bad at my boss all I wanted to do was scream my head off, but I never thought about killing him. Boy I wish these two little ****s could be sent to the army for 20 years instead of prison. There they can be yelled and sworn at and see what a tough time really is, ****ing mommies boys. Maybe there they can practice getting those little tempers under control instead of beating people to death cause things don't go there way. Thats the problem with this fast food, spoonfed country. Want everything but cry like little girls when they don't get it.
