I just read a news clip on the east rand that a security guard is in court for shooting and killing a copper cable thief that attacked him with a knife. He was arrested on the scene, when they called the police, slept in jail and was released on bail the following day. Now appeared in court and case pending. Now what kind of justice is that?
A security guard, especially one with a firearm, has to be vetted by the Security Officer's Board before he can qualify to do that job. If we locked up every security guard for defending himself this country would be in trouble. He is under investigation and that is enough for me.
If someone comes at me with a knife, I am going blow his head off. I was stabbed multiple times in one night and a knife does just as much damage as a gun.
you also get some bosses that are unrealistically unfair and that can't do a job without degrading someone. i experience it, and i've seen others do it.
No matter how unfair your boss may have been to you, it doesn't give you the right to enter his house and kill him in his bed.
If your boss physically abused you, lay charges.
This lawyer must be smoking some serious crack if he thinks his client will be exonerated.
Have you killed those bosses, or simply accepted that there are ass-holes in the world and moved on?
Tell him he can stick his pay cheque where the sun doesn't shine and look for another job
