I use Geth with Eth Wallet thought it was harder or maybe i was reluctant to Get Bitcoin then transfer that to Ethereum. Also most of the websites want ID and proof of residence and stuff to trade just wanted a quick buy on ethereum i guess.
Implies you're adverse to supplying these (i.e. you don't want to be identified)
Rightfully so, I don't want to have my riches exposed either, but sadly that's very difficult.
