Euro 2012 Qualifiers

Ashley Cole made his 90th appearance for England and doesn't look like he's giving up his place any time soon...

Strange how Ronaldo with a Average International team can still outscore, outplay Messi with such a big team behind him

I wouldn't call Portugal avaerage, I would say Portugal are as good as Argentina if not almost as good or better.

Maybe at the back, but in midfield and attack (minus Messi/Ronaldo) Portugal are nothing compared to Argentina...

There's Veloso, Moutinho, Meireles who are good in midfield and up front the likes of Nani, Danny, Almeida, they are also good... I wouldn't that classify that as "average"

Of course it‘s not average but in comparison to what Argentina have... it really really is...

Scotland were robbed. Blatant dive from the Czech player. No contact whatsoever from anyone.

Ridiculous.

Watched the high lights last night and Scotland was very unlucky. Looked like a pretty exciting game. All the others we're pretty one sided.

Saw Cesc score 2 after he replaced Xavi when Spain was 2-1 down against Chili. The game ended in a bit of a brawl which forced the ref to stop the game at 90min. Sad to see.

Seems like the trend with these Barca players...

Worst thing this was a friendly. They were 2 - 0 behind before Iniesta came on to score. As I said, Cesc came on to score 2 more ( 1 was pen). It just seem like this group of players (which includeds a lot of Barca players) are just not good at losing. When they are up against it, it brings out the worst in them. Crowding the ref, play acting, over acting each tackle. Its a bit sad to watch. Not good for football imo.

Not better... just not "average."

It was crazy! It started in a second, was like someone threw in a chair. :D

Um Arbeloa... a Real Madrid player started it by hitting that one chilli guy, which caused both sets of players to come over... Barca aren't to blame for everything.

I was referring to the diving, ref crowding and constant demand for cards to be shown
