England were lacking on the attack. with the type of style they played, it would have made sense to start Carrol to hold up the ball for the midfielders.

Another great game. Bendtner and Ronaldo7 are polar opposites - Bendtner couldn't hit water from a boat when playing domestic footy but he is amazing for Denmark. Ronaldo, on the other hand, was hopeless again tonight.

i support Portugal and ive said it before on this forum. ronaldo doesnt make the impact he should for portugal. not one goal and not one assist. i hope he comes right against holland.
