I bet Spain and England are now wishing they had tried just a little bit harder to top their groups. Portugal "rewarded" for coming 3rd, if they can get past Croatia its open all the way to the final.

edit: Brit wife thinks it's because of Brexit that BBC and ITV not playing it. I confirmed her suspicioun. Lol

The Irish jokes that'll be cultivated out of this travesty will be endless.

At least we could tell who was Irish or Welsh in the stadium in this game. It was a painful exercise in the Swiss vs. Poland game earlier. It was impossible to tell their supporters apart.
 
Portugal vs Croatia is going to be a cracking match. Cosying up next to the heater and the wife with my popcorn right now
