Evetech - any issues?

Hi, what are Evetech aftersales service like and presales?
I want to buy 5 grand worth of stuff but dont want to have hassles if i need to return something 1 week or 1 year later.
Does anybody know what their delivery fee is ?
 
very old story, not current enough to determine levels of service.

Are you serious? The thread started in 2016 and people are still adding their experiences to the thread up until now?

Or is that not what you want to hear?

Tell you what, I'm going to tell you what you wan't to hear. Evetech has excellent after sales service and you simply can't go wrong buying from them, do that EFT now! Should you come across any contrary opinions ignore them as they are fake fabrications from loser kids.

You really have to wonder about some people...

Dude probably wants to save R50 on shipping so he can feel better about himself, even if it costs him a few grand later down the road.
 
 
Buy from Wootware. I bought a whole gaming setup from Wootware in November, had a problem with the power supply, and they sorted the problem out with no difficulty at all. They sent a courier to collect the problematic part and covered shipping both ways.

(Edit) - The initial cost for shipping the whole tower from their business to Port Elizabeth was around R170, and that was the insured option. All the shipping options were insured though, some are just a bit faster.

(Double edit) - I know my post count looks suspicious, but I don't work for wootware.

I have always had an amazing experience with Evetech, I buy from them regularly and have had a dud or two in the past. I have only had good after sales from them, those threads makes me think I'm buying from a different Evetech

I bought a pc from evetech many moons ago , zero issues so I can’t talk to aftersales. However been using wootware and rebeltech with zero issues. Had to rma stuff to woot and had no problems. Take this sample of one if you will
 
One post wonders. Evetech is that you sweetheart?
 
One of the biggest problems with Evetech is that they reduce all warranties to one year.

So you have to try and contact the distributor or manufacturer on your own after that. Like if your PSU has a five year warranty, only the first year is covered by Evetech.
