Evetech

When will people learn... do not support those pakistani guys at Evetech. Buy from Wootware or similar.
It's been a nightmare to be honest. I really didn't know they were bad.

Wootware, Titan Ice, takealot, dreamwaretech, computer mania, incredible connection, first shop so many alternatives. Evetech is fine if you get a warranty from a 3rd party, read that you could contact Dell directly for warranty issues but haven't tried it

Curious what's wrong with the laptop, or what sort of fault are you disputing?

I've heard a lot of negative stuff about Evetech. I've had an amazingly positive and somewhat negative experience. Seems to be a gamble.

Once they replaced a PSU/GFX card for me no questions asked, when I outright admitted I thought it was lighting/surge that did it but just wanted to be sure. That made me come back to them for sure.

But then I had a dispute with them over the Ryzen 5000 and B450 Tomahawk BIOS/Posting issue, which they sold as a bundle, which they were in denial about despite my research showing it was a well known issue.

Everything else I bought just lucky I've never had to return or question.

It was so unnecessary having to actually fight to get your money back. But now I have to start looking where to buy a new laptop. But I'll never deal with Evetech again. Wootware or Rebelgaming seem like good options.

What type of laptop, work, gaming etc?

Nucleus Tech is also very reliable and active here on MyBB as user @Flashgear

Always check Hello Peter before spending big bucks.

Wootware never had an issue very good customer service. Had issues lately with Evetech and customer service sucks.

Recommend staying away from Evetech.

No really gaming. But something with a decent amount of ram and decent processor(AMD Ryzen 7 is ideal in my case).

thanks for the link, will check it out.
